Journaling Compatibility & Requirements
BGAN supports email journaling exclusively through Microsoft and Google Workspace. Please review the following requirements before getting started:
Administrator Access Required
You must have administrator access to your Microsoft or Google Workspace account to complete the necessary configuration changes.
Domain Resellers Are Not Supported
Google Workspace or Microsoft accounts purchased through domain resellers such as GoDaddy are not compatible with BGAN journaling.
Google Workspace: Domain-Level Journaling Only
Journaling is applied at the domain level. If you prefer not to journal your current domain, you will need to purchase a new domain and create a new Google Workspace account associated with it. Adding a new domain as a secondary domain to an existing Google Workspace account is not a supported workaround.
